Disclosures
Straight answers about how MidlothianTankless.com works.
This is a referral service
MidlothianTankless.com passes homeowners' requests to an independent contractor. We don't install, repair or service water heaters, and the contractors we refer don't work for us.
How the site is paid for
Contractors may pay us to receive referrals or to advertise here. Homeowners never pay us anything.
One contractor for each request
A request goes to one contractor who serves your area, not to a list of companies.
The contractor is responsible for the work
The contractor you hire is responsible for their own licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship and warranties, and any agreement for work is between you and them. You can look up a contractor's Virginia license on DPOR before you hire.
Calls may be recorded
Calls to our number may be recorded for quality and to confirm referrals.
Brands and utilities
Manufacturer, utility and government names appear only to describe equipment, rules and programs. No manufacturer, utility or government office sponsors or endorses this site, and it isn't affiliated with any of them.
Who runs this site
MidlothianTankless.com is run by someone who was born and raised in Midlothian.
