What we collect
When you call or send a request, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, neighborhood or ZIP code, and details about your water heater and what you need. Calls to our number may be recorded. Like most websites, we also collect basic information about how the site is used.
How we use it
- To pass your request to one contractor.
- To follow up and ask how the referral went.
- To keep records of the referrals we make.
Who we share it with
- The one contractor we connect you with for that request.
- Companies that run our phone and website systems for us, only so they can provide those services.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your information.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your information. Let us know through the Request a Quote page.
